The Commonwealth of Australia, represented by Geoscience Australia, is seeking submissions for the provision of advisory services from a First Nations advisory group. The group will provide culturally informed and nonbinding strategic advice to support local and national activities. Interested parties must comply with all requirements outlined in the approach to market (e. g. , legal entity status, Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent, and identity confirmation). The proposed contract period is from November 3, 2025, to December 17, 2027, with potential extension options. Responses must be lodged electronically via Austender by 2:00 PM ACT local time on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. Questions can be submitted until 5:00 PM ACT local time on Friday, August 29, 2025.

This notice advises the market of the upcoming intention to procure a single supplier for research services under a new whole-of-Australian-government campaign evaluation services arrangement (CESA). The CESA is a coordinated procurement to service the diverse requirements of government entities and will be mandatory for non-corporate commonwealth entities to evaluate Australian government advertising campaigns with expenditure over AUD 500,000. The successful organisation must have capacity to manage multiple concurrent campaign evaluations across government and be involved in supporting campaign development. The CESA is anticipated for release to market during Q1 2025-26. The notice also states a preference for any future organisation awarded the CESA to be wholly independent and not to have another role as a provider of services to the government communication campaign arrangement (GCC). Responses are not being accepted against this notice.

This is a notice for an upcoming creative advertising services tender opportunity from the Queensland government. The anticipated release date is May 2025. Suppliers should register in the Queensland Procurement Solution to receive automatic notice of the tender release, which is expected in April 2025. The tender will seek offers from suppliers for a preferred supplier panel (PSP) to provide full-service advertising for behavioural change and/or information/awareness campaigns. The services include creative strategy, creative direction, account management, creative development, and creative production, as well as television, radio, cinema, press, out-of-home (including digital out-of-home), and digital marketing (including social media). Standalone services for graphic design, promotional items, photography, videography, writing and editorial, and event management are not included.
