The Central Goldfields Shire Council is seeking a qualified consultant to lead the revitalisation of the Maryborough Municipal Outdoor Pool. Tenderers are required to meet mandatory criteria including compliance with relevant OHS legislation, standards, and council policies, and evidence of specific insurance policies: public and products liability (minimum $20 million), professional indemnity liability (minimum $10 million), and WorkCover.
Each tenderer must, prior to submitting its tender, become acquainted with the nature and extent of the services to be undertaken, and make all necessary examinations, investigations, inspections, and deductions.
