A signed confidentiality agreement is required to access the full scope of works documentation. The tenderer must complete and lodge all required tender schedules in separate, standalone, unsecured electronic files in the format specified in the tender particulars. The tender must be completely self-contained, without hyperlinks, QR codes, or other material incorporated by reference. All prices must be in Australian dollars. The tenderer must provide a lump sum contract price and a breakdown of the contract price, itemizing costs for preliminaries, project management, mobilization, insurance, survey, design, testing, commissioning, plant, security, and demolition. A table of variation rates and prices must be provided. The tenderer must provide the times for submission of payment claims and an anticipated monthly cash flow for payment of the contract price. The tenderer must provide its maximum amount of delay damages and a breakdown of the calculation. Alternative proposals are permitted, but a conforming tender must be lodged first. The tenderer must provide details of insurances, including construction risks, public liability, workers compensation, and professional indemnity insurance. The tenderer must provide details of any specific information that it wishes the commonwealth to keep confidential, along with justification. The tenderer must confirm whether or not it currently holds a Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) membership and, if so, provide details of such membership. The tenderer must complete and lodge a Statement of Tax Record (STR). The tenderer must complete and lodge an Environmentally Sustainable Procurement (ESP) plan. The tenderer must complete and lodge an Australian Skills Guarantee plan. The tenderer must comply with all special conditions of tender specified in the tender particulars.
