Tenders will be assessed based on weighted criteria including appreciation and understanding of the project, detailed project methodology, development of risks and opportunities register, consultants proposed key personnel, relevant company experience, proposed program and key milestones, quality, safety and environmental management, and fee proposal.

Tenderers must meet mandatory assessment criteria including holding and maintaining a third-party accredited quality management system certified to AS/NZS ISO **** or equivalent, and a representative must attend the compulsory tender briefing. The team leader or senior member must have completed an EIS to exhibition phase for an SSD or SSI project in the past 7 years.

A mandatory tender briefing will be held on 14/05/2026 at 10:00 AM AEST at 191 Clarkes Rd, Tinonee. Attendees require a 4WD capable vehicle and UHF radio, hi-vis long sleeve shirt or vest, long pants, steel toe safety boots, safety glasses, and hat.
