Livingstone Shire Council is seeking tenders for a preferred supplier arrangement for the supply and delivery of chemicals. The chemicals are intended for water and wastewater treatment plants, pools, pest management, and vector control. Tenders must be submitted electronically via VendorPanel by 2:00 PM on Monday, 29 June 2026. The contract will be administered under a goods and services agreement. Evaluation criteria include corporate and financial capability, experience, availability, response, local content, and price.
Tenders must be received no later than 02:00 PM Monday, 29 June 2026.
Tenders will be assessed based on corporate and financial capability and capacity (25%), experience, availability and response (25%), local content (15%), and price (35%).
Tenderers must provide a completed and signed form of tender and completed assessable tender schedules. They must also meet all safety and engineering standards to the satisfaction of the council.
Access to the site for the purposes of conducting investigations may be arranged by contacting the person specified in clause 3. 2. 2. The tenderer must take all necessary precautions to avoid harm to themselves or damage to their property during the visit.

Tenders may be rejected if a tenderer is found to have offered a bribe, gratuity, bonus, discount, or enticement to any councillor or employee of council, or if they discuss the tender with any councillor or employee of council (except for contact persons) prior to the award of the contract.
