Goondiwindi Regional Council is seeking an experienced contractor for the supply, installation, and commissioning of two Hyprolyser 560 units and one Hyprolyser **** unit at Texas, Inglewood, and Goondiwindi Aquatic Centres. Tenders close at 12 noon AEST on Monday, 3rd August 2026. Submissions must be lodged through VendorPanel. The contract duration is to be completed by 11th September 2026. A 12-month warranty and support for warranty and workmanship issues are required. Payment will be made upon submission of tax invoices after successful completion of works. Council reserves the right to terminate the contract for breaches or unsatisfactory work. Public liability and products insurance of not less than $20,000,000 is required.

Council may cancel the contract if the contractor breaches any clause, supplies goods not to specification, is unable or unwilling to deliver within the timeframe, or breaches workplace health and safety criteria. his contract may be cancelled under the following circumstances if the contractor: i. breaches any clause of the contract or ii. supplies goods or services not to specification or iii. is unable or unwilling to deliver the goods or services within the requested timeframe or iv. breaches any workplace health safety criteria.
