The tender must clearly detail chassis warranty, body warranty, hydraulic system warranty, structural warranty, warranty claims process and response times, local service support arrangements, and spare parts lead times and pricing structure.
The evaluation criteria include proven capacity to perform and complete the contract, methodology and schedule, level of compliance with the proposed contract, work health safety, qualifications and experience, response to the modern slavery act checklist, response to the environmental, social, local and aboriginal torres strait islander checklist, and value represented by each tender.
Respondents must provide sufficient detail in their tender to enable it to be evaluated against the evaluation criteria.
If a project briefing is specified as mandatory in schedule 1, the respondent must attend the project briefing and sign the attendance register to confirm their attendance.
