The bid notice states potential suppliers must be registered, or eligible to be registered, under the national mediator accreditation scheme in order to be appointed to the panel and to be offered the opportunity to enter into a contract with the principal for the supply of the services.

The proposed initial term is five years, with an option to extend for up to two years.

Responses will be evaluated on the basis of likelihood to result in best value for money consistent with commonwealth procurement policies.

Organizations wishing to manage the project should substantially complete the response forms in attachment 1 and must submit them via austender by the closing time.
