A mandatory onsite meeting will be conducted onsite 11am thursday 28th may 2026. at this meeting the pump wetwell will be emptied which will allow tenderers to inspect the existing pump station and ask any questions.
If a party is dissatisfied with an act or omission of the other party in connection with the contract then, within 20 business days after the act or omission, the dissatisfied party is to notify the other party in writing of a dispute.
The principal contracts only with recognised, acceptable legal entities and does not contract with firms under any form of external administration. Any tender submitted by an unincorporated business such as a sole trader, trust, partnership or business name must identify the legal entity that proposes to enter the contract.
