Tender enquiries must be submitted electronically via Vendor Panel prior to the supplier query cutoff date of 17 June 2026. The indicative timetable includes tender release on 12 May 2026 and notification of successful tenders on 8 July 2026. The evaluation process will assess offers against mandatory and qualitative criteria, and the Port reserves the right to shortlist offers, request additional information, or negotiate amendments. The port is not evaluating offers on the sole criterion of price. The criteria against which the tenderer's offer will be evaluated includes mandatory criteria (insurance compliance, modern day slavery, previous performance and/or referee reports verified) and qualitative criteria (local content within 125km of goods/services being delivered, capability and capacity, methodology, program of works including berth 1 girder works access scaffolding, berth 1 fire system staging of works, health, safety, environment).
