The initial pilot program is anticipated to commence in February 2026, and the full program is expected to run for 23 years. The program will involve designing and delivering a multilevel leadership development program aligned with six endorsed leadership expectations. The successful respondent will be required to work with the bank to design and conduct a series of learning experiences for each leadership cohort. The contract term is initially anticipated to be approximately 12 months to deliver the pilots, with a further term of 24 months possible if the pilots are deemed successful. The pricing model will include an initial charge for content development and pilot programs, followed by a separate charge for each subsequently delivered program, separated by cohorts. The total pricing for delivery should be based on all programs and cohorts over the entire contract term.

The Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) is seeking a learning management system (LMS) for the WA TAFE sector. The system must support blended learning approaches, competency-based training and assessment, and be accessible across multiple TAFE campuses.
