Tenderers must be suitably qualified and experienced contractors. They must also be natural persons, partnerships, companies, or incorporated associations. Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake this contract.
If the works are not completed by the date for practical completion, liquidated damages will be applied at a rate of $550 per day, with a waiver in excess of 20% of the contract sum.
