Excluded works include detailed design of remediation, hydrology modeling, and construction. Deliverables include condition assessment inspection data and a condition assessment report. All works must comply with relevant legislation and standards. Council is subject to the GIPA Act, and tenderers should indicate any commercially sensitive information. Tender validity is 90 days. Tenderers are responsible for all costs incurred in preparing their tender.
The timeframe for initial investigations and draft assessment report is at the earliest opportunity and no later than 15 May 2026 with the final report to follow, following review by and consultation with Council. This final report shall be provided to Council within 4 weeks of finalising consultation and comments from Council.
The method of payment will be lumpsum.
In submitting its tender, the tenderer warrants that it has the expertise, experience and resources necessary to perform the obligations of the tenderer as set out in the RFT.
The following criteria will each be given a weighting that will be used to assess the Quotations: demonstrated capacity and resources, capability, previous experience and references, price and compliance with the request for quotation document.

Consultants must familiarise themselves with the site and site surrounds, including informing themselves of access constraints, noting several of the downstream outlets are not currently accessible on foot due to steep embankments, significant erosion and/or heavy vegetation.
