Queensland Rail is seeking suppliers for a fixed-price replacement station bike storage booking system. The preferred solution is SaaS with data hosted in Australia, including 24/7 maintenance and support. Queensland Rail will evaluate tenders based on overall value for money, considering factors such as cost, local supply chain involvement, social objectives, tender price, implementation program, operational capability, proposed enhancements, compliance with tender documents, procurement assurance model, experience, product samples, financial capability, performance guarantee, reference checks, and quality/security assurance systems.
Tenderers must have an SAP Ariba Network account and register it to do business with Queensland Rail. They must also provide details such as the tendering organisation name, Ariba Network ID, ABN, tender representative name, and email address. Queensland Rail may ask for written evidence of financial capacity to perform the contract.

The performance of any product samples submitted for testing by the tenderer at Queensland Rail's request will be considered in the evaluation criteria.
