To be a conforming tender, suppliers must hold a relevant Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) builder licence and be at least PQC Level 2 registered on the whole-of-government PQC system. Suppliers must also warrant adherence to the Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct.
Suppliers may request a site visit, with the time and date to be agreed between suppliers and NWHHS. Attendance at the site visit is an evaluation criterion carrying a weighting of 5.
