Tenders will be evaluated based on a combination of price (30%) and non-price factors including compliance with specification and methodology (25%), track record (10%), capacity and capability (15%), social and economic benefit (5%), environmental benefit (5%), and consultation and communication (10%). The RFQ will be classed as non-conforming if the line breakdowns for the 7. 3 lump sum price breakdown schedule have been amended, or if the quotation form and response schedules (items 7. 1 through to 7. 8) are not completed.
