Offers must be lodged by the closing date and time to be considered as a conforming offer. The closing time and date for offers is 2:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time AEST Brisbane Queensland Monday 15 June 2026.

The supplier warrants that all representations, declarations, statements, information and documents made or provided by the supplier including its representatives in connection with the invitation process are complete, accurate, uptodate and not misleading in any way.

Desirable criteria include ability to meet business requirements, supplier capability, capacity methodologies, previous experience, purposeful public procurement outcomes, and cost and value for money.

Mandatory criteria include compliance with all applicable laws and standards, evidence of conforming insurance documentation, compliance with Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct, and response and completion of all applicable sections of Part C ITO Response Schedules.

MNHHS will not be holding site visits for this opportunity.

If a supplier considers that they have been unreasonably or unfairly treated and the issue has not been resolved with the MNPS contact officer, the supplier may request for the issue be assessed by the executive director procurement supply, corporate business services executive.

Any offer that does not satisfy the mandatory criteria will be considered nonconforming and may be set aside from evaluation at the customers discretion.

The closing date for submissions is Monday, 29 June 2026, at 5:00 pm.

Submissions will be evaluated against criteria including capability and experience, capacity of the solution, timeframe for delivery, duration, key commercial terms, accreditation/licensing, and risks/constraints. For proposals including service delivery, criteria also cover service delivery model, patient flow, changing clinical needs, and workforce.

Organisations must be suitably qualified and demonstrate relevant experience and capability in delivering similar infrastructure and/or services, including scale and complexity, and evidence of delivering safe, high-quality outcomes.

If a supplier considers they have been unreasonably or unfairly treated and cannot resolve the issue with the contact officer, they may request a review of the process by contacting Nicole Franzel at ***@***. *. * with the subject GCHHS **** Request for Review of Process.

The customer may disqualify a supplier if it believes the supplier has breached any warranty, including those related to anti-competitive conduct, conflict of interest, criminal organisation involvement, or accuracy of information.
