This is a Request for Tender (RFT) for Pneumatic Tube System Maintenance Services for the Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital. The contract duration is from the commencement date to the end date, with optional extension periods. The contract term commences on the commencement date and continues until the earlier of the end date or the date that performance of all of the suppliers obligations under this contract have been discharged to the agencys reasonable satisfaction, unless extended under clause C 2 or terminated under clause C 20 termination. The estimated completion date is 30 April 2029.
The agency must pay each invoice that complies with the requirements within 45 days after receipt of that invoice, provided that the agency may deduct from amounts due to the supplier any amounts due from the supplier to the agency. If the supplier has notified the agency in writing that it is a small business, the agency must make payment within 30 days of receipt of a correctly rendered invoice or statement.
The warranty period means the later of the warranty period for goods, if any, identified in the specifications and the period of 12 months from the date of delivery or the completion of the project to which the goods and services relate.
The general assessment criteria used to evaluate this opportunity include capability, financial capacity, compliance, price methodology, social outcomes, organisational capacity, innovation, risk management, sustainability, and experience.
The supplier must ensure that the supplier personnel employed or engaged in relation to the performance of the suppliers obligations under this contract have undergone sufficient probity checks to the agencys reasonable satisfaction, including those required by the agency as set out in the details to ensure they are suitable for engagement in relation to this contract. They must also be suitably qualified, experienced and competent for their role.
If the supplier fails to meet any service level, then the supplier must, at no additional cost to the agency, promptly notify the agency of the failure in writing, at the agencys option, pay to or credit the agency, the service credits, if any, and use all reasonable endeavours to correct the issue which caused the failure to meet the service level.
