Delivery must occur within 6 weeks from receipt of WSC purchase order, as stated: delivery of this item is to occur: 6 weeks from receipt of wsc purchase order or as agreed.

Payment is made only after successful handover: payment will only be made following successful handover of plant item. The lump sum contract is fixed and not subject to rise and fall.

The supplier must advise on warranty: the supplier shall advise of the extent and nature of the warranty on the unit and whether these are given andor honoured by the supplier or the manufacturer.

Evaluation criteria include: supplier cost comparable and within budget: 40 fit for purpose: 25 fleet standardisation: 10 local serviceability: 10 previous delivery performance: 15. Conformance to specifications is mandatory.

Suppliers must provide company information, financial referees, and details of experience: how many years has the supplier been in business as a supplier of similar equipment under your present business name.

Tenders that are incomplete or electronically corrupted may be passed over: a tender that cannot be evaluated because it is incomplete or electronically corrupted may be passed over. Late or verbal tenders will not be considered.

Delivery must be made by the dates specified in the contract or orders, and time will be of the essence under this contract.

Payments must be made within 30 days of receipt of the contractor's invoice, provided goods and services have been accepted and approved.

The contractor must obtain all warranties, including manufacturer warranties, and ensure the principal has the benefit of and may enforce them.

Contractors must demonstrate capability, experience, personnel, plant and equipment, and hold public liability insurance with a minimum cover of 20 million and workers compensation insurance.

Contractors may be removed from the panel for failing to maintain insurances, licences, or compliance, or for repeatedly performs services to an unsatisfactory standard.

Delivery dates are specified in the contract or orders, and time is of the essence. If delay is likely, the contractor must promptly notify the principal in writing. the contractor shall deliver the goods and services in full to the locations and at such dates of delivery in the contract or orders as the case may be.

Contractors must demonstrate capability, experience, personnel, plant and equipment, and hold mandatory insurances and licences. contractors must demonstrate the capability, experience, personnel, plant and equipment necessary to undertake grounds maintenance and vegetation management services.

Failure to perform may lead to termination, and the principal may purchase substitute goods, with extra costs as a debt from the contractor. any extra cost or expense incurred over and above the contract price, shall be a debt due from the contractor to the principal

Contractors may be suspended or removed for failing to maintain licences, insurances, or compliance, or for poor performance. council may suspend or remove a contractor from the panel where the contractor: a ceases to hold any licence required to undertake the services

The evaluation criteria include price and value for money among other criteria such as capability, experience, methodology, and local economic contribution.
