deliver the national justice reinvestment unit The department invites tenders from Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations ( ACCO) for the provision of delivering the National Justice Reinvestment Unit ( NJRU). The services to be delivered by the NJRU are outlined in schedule 1 attachment 1, statement of works. The service provider is required to deliver a final version of their operational plan and submit it for the departments approval within 3 months of the commencement date. The operational plan shall outline how the service provider will deliver the services outlined in table 1 and include how indigenous data sovereignty and governance principles will be embedded in all aspects of the services delivered by the service provider. The service provider will meet with the department to discuss the delivery of the services as outlined in table 2. The reporting requirements the service provider will meet are outlined in table 3.
