The tender is for external works maintenance at four
properties (Unit 5 and 698 Herbert St, and Unit 1 and 29 Sibosado St). Subcontractors must review the scope of works, provide a formal
quote on company letterhead valid for 30 days, include a price breakdown per trade type using the provided template, provide an estimated service delivery program (SDP) including mobilization and completion times, indicate if progress payments are required, and follow the requirements of the Department of Housing and Works (e. g. , separate ACM pricing per
property, use the attached template). Submissions must be made by 5:00 PM on Thursday, August 7, 2025. All attached documents must be referenced in the
quote submission. The Department of Housing and Works requires a required price breakdown as per the attached template, all ACM pricing needs to be identified separately per
property if applicable, and the formal
quote on company letterhead together with all supporting documentation to the lake maintenance project mailbox. A draft service delivery program (SDP) needs to be supplied together with the
quote, illustrating the lead time in weeks to mobilize to the site, and the lead time in weeks to complete all works as per scope of works. Subcontractors, their employees, and contractors must complete onboarding inductions prior to commencing work on site. Incomplete submissions will be rejected. Works will only be deemed completed and paid after all scope requirements are submitted (e. g. , before and after photos, waterproofing photos, reports, etc. ). Subcontractors are to follow the appropriate protocols when entering/leaving remote communities.
