The scope includes removal, workshop servicing, bearing and seal replacement, testing, recommissioning, and reinstallation. Works cannot commence before the first week of July 2026. Barraba, Kootingal, and Nundle pools must be completed by 31 July 2026, with other sites by 1 September 2026.
