This is a Request for Tenders (RFT) for the supply and installation of rain gauge stations at 9 locations in mountainous passes in southern New South Wales. Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and NSW Industrial Relations Guidelines. A pre-tender meeting will be held online, and attendance is not mandatory but confirmation is required. Tenderers are responsible for their own site investigations. Tenders must be lodged through Buy NSW Tenders and tenderers must be registered on the Buy NSW Supplier Hub. Contractor performance will be monitored. GST information is provided. Tenderers must comply with Transport for NSW's Statement of Business Ethics and Transport Code of Conduct. Disclosure of unethical or corrupt conduct is required. Modern slavery requirements are detailed, including a questionnaire and compliance declaration. Recordings of meetings are prohibited. Eligibility requires an accredited WHS management system and attendance at pre-tender meetings/site inspections if held. Lodging a conforming tender requires completing specific forms, schedules, and declarations. Alternative tenders are permitted but must also include a conforming tender. Post-tender supporting information may be requested within 5 working days. Tender pricing considerations include GST and customs duty. Tenders will be assessed on best value for money, considering price and non-price criteria. Tender validity is 60 days. Acceptance is by written notice. Estimated quantities are not guaranteed. Subcontractor approval is not automatic upon tender acceptance.

Tenders will be assessed on the basis of best value for money, considering price and non-price criteria including tender price, financial position, quality system, suitability of personnel and equipment, safety management, chain of responsibility, workplace relations, environmental protection, community relations, claims history, and compliance with codes.
To be eligible to tender, you must have an accredited WHS management system if applicable, and attend the pre-tender meeting and/or site inspection if held.
Substantiated reports of unsatisfactory performance may result in future opportunities for NSW government work being curtailed.
