This is a public tender from Midcoast Council for Environmental Impact Assessment Services for the Kiwarrak Off River Water Storage Scheme. Tenders will be assessed based on weighted assessment criteria including appreciation and understanding of the project, detailed project methodology, development of risks and opportunities register, consultants proposed key personnel, relevant company experience, proposed program and key milestones, quality, safety and environmental management, and fee proposal.
Tenderers must meet the mandatory assessment criteria, which include meeting insurance requirements, holding a third-party accredited quality management system certified to AS/NZS ISO **** or equivalent, and having a representative attend the compulsory tender briefing who is an appropriately qualified and senior representative with direct involvement in the preparation and delivery of the tender, or the team leader or senior member of the team has completed an EIS to exhibition phase for an SSD or SSI project in the past 7 years.
Attendance at the site briefing is considered mandatory and will be held on 14/05/2026 at 10:00 AM AEST at 191 Clarkes Rd, Tinonee. Attendees must meet specific PPE requirements and have a 4WD capable vehicle and UHF radio.
Failure to comply with the mandatory assessment criteria may result in a tender being excluded from further evaluation. Any tenderer who solicits support for its tender or otherwise seeks to influence the outcome of the tender process may, at Council's discretion, be disqualified.
