The tender is for the design and construction of dismantling, storage, and rebuilding of the goods shed and removal of the red shed. The closing time for lodging a tender is 2:00 PM Hobart time on February 4th, 2026. An industry briefing session will be held on December 16th, 2025. A Tasmanian Industry Participation Plan (TIPP) is required if the tender amount is greater than $5,000,000. The successful tenderer must comply with the training policy if the tender is equal to or greater than $250,000. The principal reserves the right to negotiate the contract terms and conditions. The tender must be lodged using the Tasmanian Government's tender website or delivered to the address of the tender box. The tender validity period is three months commencing on the next business day after the closing time. A site inspection is arranged by the potential contractor with the contact officer. The economic and social benefits statement will contribute 30% towards the evaluation of the tender.
