If the successful respondent fails to deliver by the agreed completion date, the principal may cancel the purchase order. As stated: a principal may cancel the purchase order.

Communications regarding the procurement process must be submitted via the tender portal no later than two calendar days prior to the closing time. As stated: no later than two 2 calendar days prior to the time stated in item 4.

Failure to disclose alternatives may result in disqualification. As stated: failure to disclose alternatives may result in disqualification of the tender.
