The evaluation process will consider alignment to the use of the land, council's objectives, and the broader needs of the community, with an overall value for money assessment.
The successful tenderer will be required to hold, or detail how they intend to obtain, qualifications and skills to safely operate the permitted use of the land, and maintain $20 million public liability insurance throughout the trustee lease term.
Where key performance indicators are not met, council reserves its rights in accordance with the trustee lease terms, up to and including termination, to address any breaches.
Attendance at a site visit is optional and is scheduled to take place on Thursday 23 April 2026 at various times for each land parcel.
