Forestry Tenders

The closing date for submissions is Wednesday, 03 June 2026, 01:00 AM E. South America Standard Time.

The supplier will be required to undertake a number of passes per year. It is the supplier's responsibility to manage the scheduling of the passes throughout the 12-month period. Service scheduling requirements may vary due to climatic conditions or other unanticipated scenarios. The supplier will take reasonable steps to replace or reschedule any cancelled works with other works during the contract period. NRMMRRD may direct the supplier to undertake scheduled works at nominated times during the contract term. Refer to RFQ for further information.

Supplier query cutoff is Thursday, 28 May 2026, 01:00 AM E. South America Standard Time.

The closing date for tenders is June 15, 2026, at 10 am.

In submitting a tender, the tenderer warrants that it has all necessary experience, skill and resources to perform its obligations under the draft contract, has not obtained any improper assistance in preparing its tender, its tender does not contain any false or misleading claims or statements, and complies with all applicable laws, has examined and acquainted itself with and satisfied itself concerning the contents of the request for tender, has considered all information that is relevant to the risks, contingencies and other circumstances which could affect its tender and is satisfied as to the accuracy, completeness and sufficiency of its tender, and any assumptions upon which tenderer bases its tender.

The offer evaluation process will involve an assessment of tenderers offers received against the criteria listed below. The port is not evaluating offers on the sole criterion of price. The criteria against which the tenderers offer will be evaluated includes: Mandatory Criteria (Insurance compliance, modern slavery, previous performance and/or referee reports verified, ethical supplier threshold) and Qualitative Criteria (Local content within 125km of goods/services being delivered 5%, Social procurement 5%, Capability and experience 20%, Delivery and methodology 20%, Quality and compliance 10%).

Mandatory criteria include insurance compliance, modern slavery, previous performance and/or referee reports verified, and ethical supplier threshold.

The closing date for questions is June 12, 2026.

Any tenderer who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an employee, contractor or agent of the port will be disqualified and any tender submitted will not be considered.
