Richmond Valley Council ( RVC) is seeking to replace an aging low- loader in the current RVC Fleet. The current configuration Low Loader is an 4X4 Full Widening trailer with a GVM rating of 57, 000 Kg. RVC envisages the replacement Low Loader will be a quad- axle Deck Widening Low Loader with a GVM rating of approximately 40, 000 Kg ( or greater) due to a change in requirements since the current unit was procured.
