The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking tenders to establish a workforce sourcing panel. Tenders must be submitted via the 360 tender system by 2:00 PM Canberra local time on Friday, 15 August 2025. The panel is expected to commence on or before 3 November 2025 and have an initial term expiring on 2 November 2030, potentially extendable for up to five years. The agency will use the 360 tender system for all communication and document exchange. Potential tenderers must register on Austender and the 360 tender system. The agency may issue work orders for services as needed. Evaluation criteria include capability, capacity and experience, commitment to supporting people with disabilities, pricing, and risk assessment. Referee endorsements are required. Tenders must be in English and use Australian legal units of measure. All fees must be quoted in Australian dollars. Compliance with relevant Australian legislation and policies, including the Workplace Gender Equality Act ****, Indigenous Procurement Policy, and Shadow Economy Procurement Connected Policy, is required. The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking information about potential solutions for a future scheme and payment platforms ecosystem. Respondents are encouraged to provide information on their solutions for individual components or a combination of components, including indicative pricing broken down by the solution lifecycle (implementation, data migration, first year licensing, years 2-5 licensing and support, human capital and service transition). Responses must be submitted electronically via Austender by 11th August 2025, 5:00 PM AEST. An industry briefing is scheduled for 21st July 2025 at 10:00 AM AEST. Responses will not be competitively evaluated. All submitted documents become the property of the NDIA. Confidentiality will be maintained.
