The City of Clarence is seeking tenders for the supply and delivery of potable water to Sandford Oval for irrigation purposes. Tenderers must be experienced water carters and provide evidence of current water carrier registration. They must also demonstrate appropriate and relevant experience, capability, and resources to provide the required services, and comply with Work Health and Safety legislative requirements.
The contract outlines conditions for termination by council for default by the supplier, which may result in council recovering loss or damage arising from the supplier's default.
