Professional qualifications of key personnel are also required.

Failing to achieve or exceed the same service level for three consecutive review periods, or any two service levels for two consecutive review periods, shall constitute a substantial breach of the contract.

A pre-tender meeting and site inspection is scheduled for 02/07/2026, commencing at 1:00 PM. Attendance is non-mandatory but recommended. Attendees must wear appropriate safety gear.
