The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is seeking a Program Advisor Performance for the Natural Disaster Program (NDP) team. The role involves providing program-level oversight of NDP project delivery, ensuring compliance with TMR standards and Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA). Key responsibilities include supporting project managers, overseeing DRFA documentation, managing project performance, and liaising with stakeholders. The supplier warrants that neither it, nor its personnel have engaged in, or will engage in, any collusive, anticompetitive or similar conduct in connection with the RFQ process, or any actual or potential contract with any entity for goods and services similar to the goods and services.
The evaluation methodology is via a 2-phase approach. Phase 1 includes a single evaluation of criteria with 100% weighting, including mandatory pass/fail criteria and conformance check. Phase 2 includes evaluation of price and non-price criteria with a combined total of 100% weighting.
Mandatory requirements for qualification include adherence to the Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct, a four-year Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) accredited under the Washington Accord or equivalent, registration as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ), a minimum of 10 years experience delivering transport infrastructure projects, and a minimum of 3 years experience in program management roles under Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA).
