Tenderers must demonstrate their capacity to manage work health and safety, environmental matters, and financial standing. The council may elect to pass over a tender from a tenderer who does not have quality management system certification to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2016.

A pre-tender meeting site inspection will be held to allow tenderers to inspect the site. Attendance at the pre-tender meeting is mandatory.

The supplier query cutoff date is Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 01:00 AM E. South America Standard Time.

The tender closing date is Friday, 1 May 2026, and tenders must be received no later than this time.

The bid notice mentions warranties in clause 6, stating that the tenderer warrants they have carried out all relevant investigations and are satisfied with the tender documents, risks, contingencies, accuracy, completeness, sufficiency of the tender, and the appropriateness of the tender price. The tenderer also warrants the accuracy of all information provided, their experience, skill, resources, willingness to accept contractual terms, and ability to commence services.

Tenderers must meet mandatory criteria, including the provision of a completed and signed form of tender and completed assessable tender schedules as per clause 5. 1. 4. These include Appendix G (Supporting Documentation), Appendix H (Schedule of Departures), and Appendix I (Bill of Quantities Pricing Schedule).
