Tenders will be evaluated based on demolition and construction methodology (20%), relevant previous project experience and past performance (15%), works schedule (5%), risk (5%), price (25%), and economic and social benefits statement (30%).
Tenderers must attend the mandatory onsite pre-tender briefing. If the tenderer is a corporation, it must not be an externally administered body corporate. If the tenderer is an individual, they must not be insolvent under administration.
A mandatory industry pre-tender briefing session will be held at the Tamar Islands Wetlands Centre on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 11 am Hobart time. Persons attending must pre-register by Friday, March 20, 2026.
