Quotes will be evaluated based on completion of the form of quote, financial resources, relevant licenses and accreditations, compliance with work health and safety requirements, local economic benefit and social inclusion, compliance with the specification, warranties and guarantees, timeframe for the provision of the services, demonstrated experience, use of recycled materials and environmentally sustainable initiatives, referees, and insurance. Specific weightings are provided for local economic benefit/social inclusion (30%), organisation structure/facilities/resources (20%), experience (25%), customer service plan (20%), and value-added service/improvement/innovation (5%).
Respondents must provide details of any licences, accreditations, or membership to relevant industry peak bodies. NATA accreditation is required. Copies of all relevant licences and certificates of currency for insurance must be provided.
A quote may be rejected if it does not conform with the requirements of the specifications or the RFQ. Failure to lodge a quote by the closing date or to contact the nominated contact person regarding uploading problems will result in a nonconforming quote.
