The High Speed Rail Authority (HSRA) seeks specialist advisers to support planning approvals and community engagement during the development phase of the high speed rail network. The contract term is up to 24 months, not extending beyond June 30, 2028. Evaluation is resource-level, with resource capability bearing the majority of the weighting. Suppliers must be legally constituted entities and must include an Indigenous participation plan. The ATM closing date is September 25, 2026.
The contract will remain in force from the execution date up until 30 June 2028.
The customer must pay the amount of a correctly rendered invoice to the supplier within thirty 30 calendar days after receiving it, or if this day is not a business day, on the next business day.
Responses will be evaluated as per the criteria set out at clause a. b. 5 evaluation. The successful supplier will have demonstrated its ability to provide the best value for the customer.
Supplier must not be a sole trader and must be a legally constituted entity capable of entering into a contract.
