Tenders will be evaluated using a weighted point score system that allows price and non-price criteria to be taken into account in the selection of a preferred tenderer. Specific criteria include customer service experience, tendered prices, risk associated with agreement negotiation, environmental and quality management systems, local economic benefit and social inclusion, relevant experience, staff resources, use of subcontractors, timeframe for completion, current and future workload, and degree of compliance.

Tenderers must be suitably experienced contractors and licensed or registered to perform the services. They must also demonstrate financial capacity and compliance with work health and safety requirements.

Tenders lodged by any means other than electronically via SA Tenders and Contracts will not be considered. Late tenders will not be accepted. Interference with council employees or elected members may lead to rejection.

The closing date for tender submissions is Tuesday, 5 May 2026, at 2:00 PM Adelaide time. Tenders received after this date will not be considered.
