The Department of Transport and Main Roads requires a Program Scheduler for a two-year initial term (with two optional one-year extensions) to support the significant projects program in the North Coast region. The role involves planning, scheduling, reporting, and Primavera P6 expertise for transport infrastructure projects. The maximum estimated hours for this contract is **** hours. Offers must be received by 5pm on September 25, 2026. Evaluation criteria include mandatory compliance with insurance, minimum 10 years of relevant experience, and capability/experience in Primavera suite and road/transport infrastructure project scheduling.
If no discount is offered, then the customers standard payment terms of 30 days shall apply.
The warranties in this section are provided as at the date of the suppliers offer to the rfq process and on an ongoing basis until the later of the customer notifying the supplier that its offer has been rejected and expiry or termination of any contract entered pursuant to the rfq process relevant period.
The other evaluation criteria that will be used to evaluate offers are: 1. capability and experience 1. detailed knowledge and extensive experience in the use of the oracle primavera suite and other applications such as microsoft excel, and microsoft project. 2. demonstrated experience in the planning and scheduling of road and transport infrastructure projects and sound knowledge of the relevant construction techniques and practices. 2. interpersonal skills and relationship management 1. substantial level of skill in working autonomously, setting goals and identifying outcomes, while being part of a team and 2. substantial level of skill in oral and written communication, negotiation skills and in writing clear and concise technical reports. 3. price hourly rate 1. to be inclusive of all costs
Evaluation criteria include mandatory compliance with the insurance requirements, or willingness to obtain the required insurances and to the minimum sum insured as specified in section 1, part 5, if successful in this rfq process minimum of 10 years civil commercial planning, construction scheduling and reporting experience for civil infrastructure projects compliance with conditions of contract specified in section 1, part 4 and compliance with the queensland government supplier code of conduct
The customer may, in its absolute discretion but is not required to, immediately disqualify a supplier from the rfq process, or terminate the contract with the supplier which is subsequently entered into as a result of the rfq process, where it believes the supplier has breached any warranty in this clause.
