Council is seeking submissions for head contractor services to execute refurbishment works at Bronte House. Tender submissions close on 19 June 2026 at 2:00 PM and must be lodged electronically via VendorPanel. Attendance at a mandatory tender briefing site inspection on 08 June 2026 is required for eligibility. Evaluation will be based on technical and commercial criteria. Respondents must ensure they have a full set of request documents and have made reasonable inquiries. All costs incurred by respondents are their responsibility.
Tender submissions must be lodged by Friday, 19 June 2026, 01:00 AM E. South America Standard Time.
Tender submissions will be assessed against both commercial pricing and technical non-price criteria, including demonstrated experience, past performance, capability, key personnel, understanding of requirements, methodology, and evidence of environmental and socially sustainable practices.
Respondents must be appropriately qualified and experienced. Mandatory participation criteria include satisfaction of financial capacity, trading integrity, insurance requirements, WHS and environmental and modern slavery systems or policies, quality management systems or policies, completion of all required returnable schedules, compliance with acts and regulations, and attendance at the mandatory site briefing/inspection.
A tender briefing site inspection is mandatory and will be held on 08 June 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Bronte House, 470 Bronte Road, Bronte NSW 2024. Failure to attend will make the respondent ineligible to submit a response.
Supplier query cutoff is Wednesday, 17 June 2026, 01:00 AM E. South America Standard Time.
Respondents may be disqualified for late tender submissions, failure to attend the mandatory site inspection, breach of the statement of business ethics, canvassing council officials, or engaging in collusion.
