The Office of Parliamentary Counsel (OPC) is seeking submissions for Content Manager licensing, maintenance, support, and associated services. The contract will cover annual licence renewals for existing licences, provision and management of additional licences, ongoing support and maintenance for Content Manager v23. 4, and one-off training for Records Manager and API. The contract term is 12 months with two 12-month extension options. Suppliers must demonstrate experience in providing these services to Australian government agencies and be able to support Content Manager v23. 4. Security clearances to NV1 level are required, with costs borne by the supplier. Responses must be lodged electronically via Austender by Monday, 11 May 2026, 3:00 pm ACT local time.
