Contractors shall be deemed to be fully informed on all aspects of the requirements of the specification, including visiting the areas where the work is to be performed if required.
Contractor is to provide a sample of 50km in both an urban and rural setting which will be field checked within 2 working days.
Failure to meet the sample requirement will require rework of all survey identified as noncompliant.
