Payment will be based on a schedule of rates, and invoices are to be submitted monthly with a completed certification schedule declaration.
The assessment criteria include Price (20%), Past Performance (20%), Local Content (30%), Capacity and Timeliness (20%), and Scope Specific (10%).
Tenderers must be suitably experienced cleaning companies. Specific requirements for contractor and subcontractor screening, conduct, and employee integrity are detailed in the tender documents.
Services not performed must not be charged, and if charged, the principal will deduct the value of the services calculated on a pro-rata basis.

The contractor must ensure employees and subcontractors are of good character and have suitable integrity, honesty, and reliability. Relevant criminal records for offences involving dishonesty must be avoided.
