The timeframe for delivery is o be inserted following selection of successful tenderer.

The tenderer is requested to provide the times for submission of payment claims for the purposes of clause 11. 2a of the conditions of contract in part5 as follows: times for submission of payment claims monthly on the 15th day of each month.

The commonwealth will apply the following evaluation criteria: project understanding 50 weighting, workload and proposed resources 15 weighting, previous performance 15 weighting, program 20 weighting, indigenous procurement policy no weighting, commonwealth procurement rules compliance no weighting, financial no weighting, alternative proposals if any no weighting, miscellaneous matters for evaluation no weighting and information security no weighting.

The conditions for participation applicable to this tender process are that the tenderer must: 1. complete and return the signed disclaimer and confidentiality agreement. 2. complete and sign the tender form.

The tenderer is requested to provide its maximum amount of delay damages for the purposes of clause 9. 6 of the conditions of contract in part5 together with a breakdown as to how the relevant amount has been calculated as follows: if there are no stages, the maximum delay damages for the works insert per working day.

An industry briefing does apply. Time for industry briefing: 10: 00am 12: 30pm AEST, Date for industry briefing: 25th November 2025, Location: RAAF Base, East Sale, Aerodrome Road, Sale, Victoria.

The cutoff date for questions pertaining to this tender is seven 7 days before the tender close date.

The bid notice states that all sewer conduits and chambers must be inspected within 7 days of cleaning.

The invitation to offer aims to engage a suitably qualified principal contractor to complete the scope of works under contract.

The supplier query cutoff is Tuesday 20 January 2026 01:00 am E. South America Standard Time.

The industry briefing will be held on December 12th, 2025 at Palmer Barracks, Beavis Dr, South Guildford WA **** must register and complete the national base induction prior to attendance.

The cutoff date for questions pertaining to this tender is seven 7 days before the tender close date.

The practical completion is scheduled for April 24, 2026, according to the bid notice.

The evaluation criteria shall be: financial evaluation criteria and relative overall weightings assessment based on offer price evaluation for each offer as financial score 50 determined from a financial analysis model nonfinancial evaluation criteria and relative overall weightings assessment by the evaluation panel of the tenderers: demonstrated understanding of the project and its challenges delivery methodology, including: demonstrated o onsite and offsite activities understanding of the o protection of incomplete works 50 works under contract o management of the site delivery program resource allocation project risk mitigation of project risks, claims history, positive project opportunities identified, previous contractual relationship with brc.

The principal will only consider offers from suitably experienced tenderers that can demonstrate by recent projects within the last 5 years, capacity of carrying out the works under contract.

There will be no mandatory briefing meeting for this invitation to offer.
