This tender is for the upgrade of an existing water control structure at Dowd Morass, Victoria. The project aims to improve water control for wetland ecological health and ensure operational safety. A payment schedule will be agreed between WGCMA and the appointed contractor based upon delivery of the key tasks and milestones.
Submissions will be assessed and scored against criteria including demonstrated understanding of project requirements, approach and methodology, qualifications and skills, timelines, prior experience, and value for money.
The contractor consortium requires skilled project management, exceptional occupational health and safety expertise, environmental management expertise, surveying and monitoring experience, civil and construction engineering experience, experience operating heavy plant in challenging conditions, experience in low impact construction, and expertise in water control structure design, fabrication, and installation.
