Payment is due 25 business days from the date a tax invoice is received by council.

The supplier warrants that it has the necessary skills, expertise, and qualifications to properly perform the contract, and that all goods supplied will be of a high quality and professional standard, fit for their usual purpose, and fit for any other purpose specified in the contract.

The supplier may be disqualified if it breaches the contract and the breach cannot be remedied, or if it is subject to an insolvency event.
