Invoice claims shall be lodged for payment within fourteen working days of the work being completed. Payment is certified when the superintendent is satisfied work is completed satisfactorily and charges are in accordance with the schedule of rates.
Defects liability period is 13 weeks. The contractor must provide warranties for workmanship and manufacturers and/or suppliers warranties for products used in the works, in the name of the principal.

Respondents not shortlisted may request a debriefing at the conclusion of the RFQ process. A respondent that received notification of non-shortlisting may withdraw their quotation by giving written notice within 5 business days of receiving the notice.
