A non-mandatory tender briefing will be held on Wednesday, 27 May 2026, at 10:00 am. A tenderer must attend the briefing session if it is specified as mandatory. If a tenderer fails to attend a mandatory briefing session, the city may, unless there are extenuating circumstances, may disqualify the tenderer from further participating in the process.
