The Mallee Catchment Management Authority (CMA) is seeking a consultant to conduct a feasibility assessment and concept design for enhancing the flushing scheme at Psyche Bend Lagoon. The Commonwealth of Australia, represented by the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment, and Water, is seeking submissions for the revision of mercury guidelines for freshwater and marine water. The approach to market (ATM) closes on October 15, 2025, at 3:00 PM ACT local time. Responses must be submitted via Austender. The contract period is from February 2, 2026, to August 31, 2027, with a possible 6-month extension. Deliverables include technical briefs, data entry spreadsheets, data quality assessment spreadsheets, and reports on statistical derivation for both freshwater and marine water. The customer will review and provide feedback on the deliverables. Meetings will be held online. The customer will not provide any facilities or assistance to the supplier. Examples of previous work materials will be provided to the supplier. The customer owns the intellectual property rights in the material created under the contract. The customer must pay the amount of a correctly rendered invoice to the supplier within thirty (30) calendar days after receiving it. The supplier must comply with the Commonwealth Supplier Code of Conduct and all applicable Australian standards. The supplier must ensure that any website, associated material and/or online publications comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2. 1. Publications and reports must comply with the Australian Government Style Manual.

The tender is for a five-year noise and flight path monitoring service, with an optional one additional five-year period. Tenders must be submitted electronically through Austender by 10:00 AM local time in the ACT on October 7, 2025. Mandatory criteria include compliance with workplace gender equality act and no listing on a consolidated list of sanctioned persons. Tenders exceeding AUD 4 million (including GST) require a satisfactory statement of tax record from the Australian Taxation Office for the tenderer and any subcontractors.
