Environmental Protection Tenders

Mandatory criteria include TfNSW prequalification at financial level F5 or higher, with demonstrated compliance with TfNSW G1 clause 12.

Mandatory pre-tender briefing including site inspection on 15/10/2026 at 10:30 AM at Tiri Road, Knorrit Flat, NSW **** specific PPE requirements: standard construction site PPE hi viz, steel cap boots, sun protection etc. Mandatory attendance: yes.

Any tenderer who solicits support for its tender or otherwise seeks to influence the outcome of the tender process may, at council's discretion, be disqualified from any further involvement in this tender process.

Threshold criteria include submission of all documents, financial capacity evidence, required licences, relevant experience, management systems, insurances, and supplier code of conduct compliance.

Any offer that contains qualifications will be deemed to be an alternative offer. Failure to comply with all requirements may result in an offer being considered an alternative offer, which may not be evaluated.
