Tender submissions will be assessed against both commercial pricing and technical non-price criteria. The technical evaluation criteria include demonstrated experience, past performance, capability, key personnel qualifications and experience, understanding of the requirement, methodology, and evidence of environmental and socially sustainable practices, and proposed program. The commercial evaluation criterion is lump sum price.
Respondents must be appropriately qualified and experienced. Mandatory participation criteria include satisfaction of financial capacity, trading integrity, insurance requirements, work health and safety system or policy, quality management system or policy, and completion of all required returnable schedules, including satisfactory compliance with acts and regulations, modern slavery, and industrial legislation.
A tender briefing site inspection will be held on April 2, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Cambell Parade, Queen Elizabeth Drive, South Bondi Park, Bondi NSW 2026. Respondents are requested to attend and confirm their attendance by March 31, 2026. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory.
