Advocacy Tenders

The closing date and time for tender submissions is Monday, 15 June 2026, at 12:00 PM noon.

This is a schedule of rates contract with payments to be made upon presentation of a detailed invoice with appropriate purchase order number in accordance with councils normal accounts payable conditions.

Tenderers will be evaluated against the weighted and non-weighted evaluation criteria: relevant experience, capability, and capacity to deliver (35%), price (30%), methodology, approach and initiatives (25%), and sustainability and social initiatives (10%).

Tenderers must hold the required qualifications and demonstrate experience in the provision of the requested services, preferably in a local government environment. Mandatory requirements include financial information, public liability insurance ($20,000,000), professional indemnity insurance ($10,000,000), and completion of the full tender form.

The supplier query cutoff is Sunday, 07 June 2026, at 11:00 PM E. South America Standard Time.

Failure to comply with submission requirements, including late tenders, will be considered non-conforming. Tenderers must register in RapidGlobal within 3 working days of being notified as shortlisted, or risk their status.
